As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the resilience of our network we are pleased to announce that our Webshop hosting platform will soon be moving to our cloud-based data centre. Your website (website name here) will be transferred to the new platform between 20:00 22/03/2013 and 08:00 23/03/2013.
To ensure that your Website continues to work properly on the new platform you may need to adjust your settings with your payment provider (usually PayPal, WorldPay, SagePay) to allow requests from the IP address of the new platform (220.127.116.11). Failure to do this will result in transactions failing for your website. Furthermore, if your domain is NOT managed by Freecom you will need to change your DNS records to ensure that this points to the same IP.
